Terms & Policies
Please review the following before booking your stay at Bluebonnet RV Park.
Temporary RV Stay Agreement
Bluebonnet RV Park | 107 Bluebonnet Dr, Sweetwater, TX 79556 | 325-721-6765 | seth@smahaffey.com Version October 20 2026. Applies to new reservations and renewals accepted after disclosure; it does not retroactively change an existing paid booking. This agreement governs your temporary RV stay with Bluebonnet RV Park (the park). Your Lime reservation and invoice identify the booking guest, registered occupants, assigned site, selected rate, arrival date, last paid night and checkout date. Those records and the separately accepted Park Rules and Cancellation and Refund Policy form the terms of your stay. Review the dates and total before accepting or paying. Contact management to correct any error before booking. Rate selection. Standard nightly charge is $45. The weekly charge is $300 for seven nights. The 14-night charge is $575. Approved extended stays use a daily occupancy charge totaling $925 for all nights beginning in a full calendar month, paid monthly in advance. This extended-stay rate does not automatically apply to short nightly or weekly bookings. Record the selected rate and arrival and checkout dates on the invoice. Included services. Electricity through the assigned connection within its rated capacity, water, sewer, and ordinary household trash service are included. Wi-Fi is not provided. Guest supplies the RV, approved connection equipment, insurance, propane, and personal services unless separately agreed. Extended stay daily calculation. The charge per occupancy day (one night) is $925 divided by actual days in the month in which that night begins: $925/31, $925/30, $925/28, or $925/29. Keep the daily rate unrounded; round only the final bill. All nights in a full calendar month total exactly $925. October 20 through October 31 is 12 nights, with checkout November 1: $358.06. Split nights at month-end into their respective calendar months. Timely checkout does not add a night for the departure date. Advance payment. Nightly, weekly, and 14-night bookings are paid in advance. Daily charges for an approved extended stay are collected in advance by calendar month, due on the first, or before arrival for the initial partial month. Monthly payment is an advance collection arrangement; it does not eliminate management’s contractual early termination right or override applicable law. An invoice must identify the authorized dates. No automatic debit or credit-card charge is authorized. Deposits and additional fees. This agreement establishes no separate reservation deposit, security deposit, pet fee, late fee or payment-processing surcharge. The accommodation charges shown on your booking are payable in advance. Any additional lawful charge must be specifically disclosed and accepted before it applies. No automatic charge to a stored payment method is authorized. Monthly stays. The initial reservation states arrival, last paid night, and checkout date and time. A full calendar month covers nights beginning on the first through the last day, with checkout the following morning. Monthly guests renew for the next calendar month by paying its invoice by the first; separate extension approval is not required. The park records the new paid-through night and checkout date. No automatic card charge or permanent occupancy right is promised. Any valid termination notice and applicable notice requirements remain controlling. Reminders and departure. Guests remain responsible for monthly payment by the first even if an invoice reminder is not received. An unpaid invoice or reminder alone does not renew the stay. When leaving, notify management, remove the RV and belongings, disconnect safely and leave the space clean. Checkout is 11 a.m.; check-in is 3 p.m., local Sweetwater time, unless your confirmed booking states otherwise. The five-day management-termination provision does not grant five free days after a scheduled checkout. Registered occupants. Register all overnight occupants and vehicles in the reservation and with management before occupancy. Occupancy must remain within lawful capacity and the confirmed reservation. Additional occupants, substitute RVs, assignments, subletting or renting the RV to someone else require written approval, subject to applicable nondiscrimination and accommodation requirements. Guest responsibility. Guest is responsible for the conduct of occupants, visitors, pets, contractors, and delivery personnel invited by guest. Guest must report hazards, leaks, damage, animal incidents, changes in contact information, and changes to registered vehicles promptly. Damage and insurance. Guest is responsible for reasonable documented repair, cleanup, or replacement costs caused by guest or those under guest’s responsibility, beyond ordinary wear. Guest must maintain applicable vehicle insurance and is strongly encouraged to insure the RV, contents, and personal liability. Insurance does not excuse either party’s legal obligations. Intended temporary guest license. The parties intend a temporary, revocable permission to use a management-assigned RV site and listed services, subject to the notice and refund provisions. They do not intend to convey an estate in land, permanent site rights, or a residential lease. This intent does not decide legal status or waive rights; the actual arrangement and applicable law control. Temporary use and no permanent homestead. Guest requests temporary RV use and agrees not to establish permanent structures, permanent occupancy rights, or an expectation of indefinite residence at the park. The park does not offer or authorize use of a space as a permanent homestead. This statement expresses the agreed purpose of the stay; it does not determine legal domicile, residence, homestead eligibility, or whether a tenancy exists, and it does not waive protections that apply by law. No park mail service. The park provides no personal mailboxes, mail receipt, forwarding, or safekeeping service. Do not direct personal mail to the park. Guests who need mail service must contact the local post office to arrange a post office box or another available mailing service at their own expense. Packages require prior management approval. This policy does not prevent legally required notices, lawful service of process, or use of an address where legally required. Five day management termination. Management may end an authorized stay at any time for a lawful reason, including without cause where permitted by law, by giving written notice. Guest must vacate by the date stated, which will be at least five calendar days after the notice is received or legally served, or any later date required by applicable law. This right applies even when occupancy charges have been prepaid. Management may not use this clause for unlawful discrimination or retaliation. Refund of unused paid nights. When management directs early departure, refund prepaid occupancy charges for unused nights after guest actually vacates and returns possession, through the prepaid last night. A guest checking out by the agreed time is not charged for that evening. For extended stays, use $925 divided by actual days in each affected month, times unused paid nights. For standard nightly stays use the booked nightly rate; for prepaid weekly or 14-night stays use the booked package price divided by seven or 14, respectively, for each unused night. Round the final refund to cents. Example: last occupied night October 25, timely checkout October 26, full October prepaid: refund six nights, October 26 through 31, totaling $179.03. Refund within five business days after surrender, or sooner if law requires. Account for deposits and documented damage claims separately; no cancellation penalty reduces this refund. Written notice. A notice will identify the guest, space, notice date, required departure date and time, and the unused-nights refund method. Management will use a method of delivery permitted by the applicable law. This contractual deadline does not replace any additional notice, opportunity to cure, or legal process required by law. Refusal to leave. If a guest refuses to leave, management will use the legally appropriate possession procedure. This agreement does not guarantee removal without court and does not authorize force, seizure of property, unlawful utility interruption, or a tow as a substitute for required eviction proceedings. Genuine threats may be referred to emergency services; they do not create an unrestricted self-help eviction right. Management control. A site number records the current assignment and is not a promise of permanent use of that particular site. Management retains control of site allocation, common areas, roads, utilities, and park operations. Guest has no right to exclude management from lawful outside access for park operations. Guest privacy and lawful quiet use remain protected. Site reassignment. For maintenance, safety, or legitimate operating needs, management may require relocation to a reasonably comparable available site with suitable utility capacity, reasonable written notice, and consideration of disability accommodations. The parties will record the new assignment. This term does not authorize entry into, driving, or towing a guest-owned RV without separate lawful authority. If a suitable site is unavailable, use the termination and refund terms and required legal process. Access and temporary setup. Management may access outside park facilities for lawful operations and emergencies with notice when required. No clause grants blanket access to a guest-owned RV interior. Guest must keep the RV movable and keep utility access clear. No fixed additions or other site modifications are permitted without the separate written approval required by the park rules. Rule enforcement. Management may document violations, require correction, decline a future stay on lawful grounds, or end an authorized stay using the written termination provision and applicable procedures. When circumstances allow, correction notices will identify the problem and a reasonable deadline. Immediate threats may require emergency services or other lawful safety action. No automatic eviction. Late payment, failure to renew, expiration of a rental period, or a rule violation does not itself authorize management to physically remove an occupant, lock out an RV, seize property, or interrupt utilities. Required notices and legal procedures remain applicable. Court costs or attorney fees may be sought only when legally recoverable. Towing and abandonment. Unauthorized vehicles may be handled through lawful towing procedures, including required signs, notices, and a properly licensed operator where required. This agreement is not blanket consent to tow an occupied RV or sell or dispose of property to collect rent. Disconnected utilities, apparent disrepair, or an absence alone do not establish abandonment. Use lawful procedures for vehicles and belongings left behind. Communications. Use the manager contact shown on the agreement for renewal requests, repairs, and complaints. Guest agrees to receive routine invoices and reminders at the registered email or phone. Routine electronic communication does not replace a legally required notice unless the agreement and law specifically authorize that method. Keep proof of legally significant notices separately. Changes and exceptions. Only management may approve exceptions, in writing. Approval for one guest or one installation does not approve another. Material changes to rates or terms apply prospectively with required notice and acceptance. Oral assurances do not amend this agreement. No unlawful discrimination, retaliation, or denial of a required reasonable accommodation is authorized. Scope and remedies. Guest bears ordinary risks associated with guest’s RV, belongings, animals, and conduct. The park does not insure guest property. Neither party is released from liability imposed by law, and this agreement does not require guest to indemnify the park for its own negligence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to the extent permitted. Acceptance. By selecting the required acceptance checkbox for this agreement, the booking guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and will communicate the rules to occupants and visitors. This acceptance does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Monthly renewals occur by manual payment without separate extension approval, subject to a valid termination notice and applicable law. Pedestal and laundry access codes are supplied by management after full payment is verified; do not share them outside your registered party.
Park Rules
Bluebonnet RV Park | 107 Bluebonnet Dr, Sweetwater, TX 79556 | 325-721-6765 | seth@smahaffey.com Version October 20 2026. Applies to new reservations and renewals accepted after disclosure; it does not retroactively change an existing paid booking. RV condition skirting and structures RV age and condition. RVs must be 15 model years old or newer at admission unless park management approves an exception in writing before arrival. Age is the admission calendar year minus the RV model year. Management may request current exterior photographs before approving an older RV. All RVs, regardless of age, must be weather-tight, sanitary, safe, and capable of lawful relocation. Exterior doors, windows, roof, utilities, and emergency exits must function. No severe deterioration, exposed unsafe wiring, sewage leakage, or visibly unsafe damage is allowed. Registration and movement. Maintain legally required title, registration, and insurance. Show proof of ownership or the owner’s written permission when requested for registration. Do not remove wheels, axles, hitch equipment, or other parts needed to relocate the RV. The guest must have a workable plan to move a towable RV; the park does not supply a tow vehicle. Space placement. Park only as management directs. Keep the RV, slide-outs, steps, awnings, accessories, and vehicles within the assigned boundaries. Preserve required clearances, drainage, utility access, and emergency routes. Do not relocate to another space without approval. Skirting approval. Obtain written approval of material, color, dimensions, ventilation, utility access, and removal method before installing any skirting. Acceptable materials are purpose-made RV vinyl or professionally finished rigid panels specifically approved by management. Approval applies to the submitted design only. Prohibited skirting. No tarps, hay or straw bales, cardboard, exposed insulation or foam, unfinished plywood, pallets, scrap metal, masonry infill, or accumulated materials around the RV. Skirting must not trap moisture, block appliance combustion air, obstruct valves or electrical equipment, conceal leaks, or block exits. Keep it clean and securely attached without damaging park property. Skirting removal. Maintain access panels at connection points. Guest must remove skirting for needed inspection, repairs, emergencies, relocation, or departure. Approval does not make skirting permanent or transfer its maintenance to the park. Use a reasonable written removal deadline unless an immediate hazard requires faster action. Structures and additions. No deck, porch, patio cover, carport, shed, storage building, greenhouse, gazebo, fixed canopy, fence, dog run, privacy wall, permanent awning, concrete, paving, or other structure without separate written approval. A verbal statement or another guest’s structure is not approval. No tents or outdoor sleeping arrangements without approval. Safe portable items. Ordinary removable patio furniture, a small grill, and safe portable entry steps may be used within the space unless they create a hazard. No improvised pallet stairs or unstable blocks. Railings and ramps must meet applicable requirements. Disability-related modifications or accommodations will be considered as required by law. No ground disturbance. Do not dig, drive stakes, anchor structures, install landscaping, trim trees, alter grading, or connect to underground utilities without written approval and required utility locating and permits. Do not attach anything to pedestals, pipes, trees, or park fences. Pets and animals Pet registration. Register pets before arrival and obtain management approval. The limit is two ordinary household pets per space unless a written exception is approved. Identify each animal, responsible handler, and emergency caregiver. No breeding, boarding business, livestock, poultry, or exotic animals without specific written approval. Leashes and supervision. Keep pets under a responsible person’s immediate control outside the RV, using a leash no longer than six feet. Do not allow loose dogs or free-roaming cats. Retractable leashes must remain within the six-foot limit. Do not leave animals tied outside, attached to park property, alone in pens, or unattended beneath an RV. Pens fences and shelters. No pet fence, portable pen, kennel, run, doghouse, or exterior enclosure without written approval. An approved enclosure does not authorize leaving a pet unattended outdoors. Do not attach animals or fencing to utility equipment, trees, or neighboring property. Waste and sanitation. Pick up waste immediately, bag it securely, and place it in the designated trash container. Carry cleanup supplies while walking pets. Do not allow urine or feces on neighboring spaces, buildings, utility equipment, or common furniture. Keep the RV and space free of animal odors, flies, fleas, and waste. Noise and conduct. Prevent repeated barking, howling, lunging, chasing, threatening behavior, and interference with other guests. Guest must act promptly when notified of a disturbance. Do not leave an animal in an RV if it repeatedly disturbs neighbors or its care and safe temperature cannot be maintained. Vaccinations and care. Maintain vaccinations and licenses required by applicable law. Provide lawful vaccination documentation when requested. Supply appropriate food, water, shelter, temperature control, and veterinary care. Do not feed stray animals or wildlife. Report suspected cruelty or an animal in distress to management and appropriate authorities. Incidents. Report bites, escapes, attacks, threats, or animal injuries immediately. In an emergency call 911 or the appropriate animal-control authority. Cooperate with lawful reporting and quarantine requirements. A dangerous incident may require immediate control measures and lawful removal of the animal; it does not authorize unlawful removal of the guest. Assistance animals. Service animals and assistance animals are addressed under applicable disability laws, separately from ordinary pet rules. Management will consider reasonable accommodation requests and lawful exceptions to pet limits or restrictions. No pet fee or pet deposit will be imposed for an animal when the applicable law prohibits it. No online certificate, vest, or diagnosis is automatically required. Individual assessment. Safety decisions concerning assistance animals will be based on actual conduct and legally relevant facts, not stereotypes or blanket breed rules. Handlers remain responsible for lawful control, cleanup, and actual damage. Any removal decision or documentation request must follow the law that applies to the occupancy and location. Fees. No pet fee, pet rent, or animal cleanup fine is established by these rules. If a lawful pet fee is later adopted, disclose it in writing before the guest accepts it. Actual documented damage or necessary cleanup may be charged as permitted by the agreement and law. Vehicles visitors and outside storage Vehicles. The limit is one approved RV and two approved passenger vehicles per space, provided all fit safely in designated parking. Register license plates and vehicle descriptions. Additional trailers, work trucks, boats, commercial equipment, or visitor vehicles require advance approval and designated parking. No parking on vacant spaces without permission. Roads and access. Observe the 5 mph speed limit and posted signs. Yield to pedestrians. Keep roads, entrances, utility access, fire lanes, neighboring spaces, and turnaround areas clear. No parking or storage in these areas, even temporarily. Delivery and service vehicles must follow management instructions. Vehicle condition and repairs. No inoperable or leaking vehicles, vehicles on blocks, salvage storage, or parts accumulation. No major mechanical work, painting, welding, fluid draining, or commercial vehicle repair. Minor emergency repairs require approval and protection against spills. Repairing an unsafe condition does not authorize continued occupancy of a hazardous site. Work equipment. Store welding machines, skid steers, tractors, fuel tanks, construction materials, scrap, and job trailers off-site unless management provides written approval for a designated area. Do not use a space as a shop, equipment yard, or business storage area. Deliveries of large materials require advance approval. Visitors. Visitors must follow park rules, use approved parking, and leave during quiet hours unless registered for an approved overnight visit. Guest is responsible for visitor conduct. No visitor may become an additional occupant without registration and management approval. Apply occupancy and accommodation rules consistently and lawfully. Children and guests needing supervision. A responsible adult must supervise activities requiring it for safety. No playing in roads, around parked or moving equipment, in drainage areas, near electrical equipment, or on another guest’s RV. Apply safety rules to conduct and hazards without excluding families or children unlawfully. Outdoor appearance. Keep the space orderly and free of debris. Limit outdoor belongings to approved furniture, a grill, safe entry steps, and other specifically approved items. No indoor sofas, mattresses, appliances, refrigerators, freezers, stacked tires, scrap, loose boxes, or materials stored outdoors or beneath the RV. Storage containers. No shipping containers, storage pods, large tool chests, fuel drums, or utility trailers used as storage without written approval. Approved storage must remain within authorized boundaries and must not block utilities, drainage, or emergency access. Do not cover stored materials with tarps as a substitute for approval. Laundry and decorations. No laundry lines, clothes hung from fences or trees, or outdoor laundry appliances without approval. Keep lighting, flags, decorations, and antennas safely secured within the space, without glare or interference. No nails, screws, signs, or fixtures on park property. Management may request removal of hazardous or deteriorated items. Utilities sanitation and maintenance Electrical connection. Use the assigned pedestal and an RV cord and accessories rated for the connection. Do not use neighboring outlets, household extension cords as permanent feeds, damaged plugs, improvised adapters, bypassed breakers, or altered wiring. Keep connections dry and above standing water. Do not open or repair park electrical equipment. Electrical limits. Stay within the rated capacity of the pedestal and RV system. Included electricity covers ordinary RV living. No electric vehicle charging, cryptocurrency mining, commercial production loads, outdoor freezers, electric stock tanks, or electricity supplied to another RV or structure without written approval. Do not use unsafe supplemental heating or defeat protective devices. Electrical problems. Report hot plugs, arcing, repeated breaker trips, damaged covers, outages, and other hazards immediately. Stop using unsafe equipment. Management may isolate a hazardous circuit for safety or repair as permitted by law. Safety repairs do not authorize utility shutoff as a collection or eviction tactic. Water. Use potable-water-rated hoses and required backflow protection. Keep hoses and fittings maintained and protect them from freezing without damaging park fixtures. Report leaks immediately. No washing vehicles or RVs, irrigation, pools, hot tubs, water slides, continuous running water, or commercial water use without approval. Sewer. Use an intact RV sewer hose with secure, sealed fittings and proper support. Cap the connection when disconnected. Do not discharge gray water, black water, grease, chemicals, or sewage onto the ground or into drainage. No wipes, feminine products, diapers, grease, cat litter, or other clogging materials in the sewer. Report spills and stop discharge immediately. Trash. Bag ordinary household trash and place it inside the designated container. Close lids when provided. No loose trash beside the container. No furniture, mattresses, tires, batteries, construction debris, hazardous material, liquid waste, oil, or oversized items. Guest must arrange lawful off-site disposal of prohibited items. Sanitation and pests. Keep food and waste contained. Promptly address insect and rodent conditions originating in the RV or belongings. Tell management about infestations affecting the park. Do not apply pesticides to park property without approval. Management approval is not permission to use chemicals contrary to their labels or law. Maintenance access. Keep valves, meters, cleanouts, pedestals, access panels, and drainage paths accessible. Management and authorized contractors may access common areas and outside park equipment for reasonable inspection, service, repair, and emergencies, with notice as required. This is not blanket consent to enter the interior of an RV. Outages and emergencies. Report outages and follow safety directions. No guarantee of uninterrupted third-party utility service is made. The park will address its maintenance responsibilities as required by law. Nothing here excuses a legally required repair, eliminates a legally available remedy, or guarantees that all personal losses will be reimbursed. Conduct fire safety and emergencies Quiet enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Keep voices, music, televisions, tools, engines, and pets from disturbing others at all times. No amplified outdoor music, parties, or disruptive gatherings without approval. Do not idle diesel engines unnecessarily. Respect others’ privacy and assigned space. Smoking and litter. No smoking or vaping in enclosed common facilities or where prohibited by signs. Keep smoke away from neighbors, entrances, and open windows. Dispose of cigarette ends safely in a suitable container, never on the ground. Generators. Generators require advance approval except when needed for an immediate emergency, which must be reported as soon as practicable. Operate outdoors with exhaust directed away from occupied areas, windows, doors, and air intakes, following manufacturer clearances. Observe noise limits and fire restrictions. Never run a generator beneath or inside an RV or enclosed skirting. Open flames and cooking. No ground fires, burn barrels, fireworks, or trash burning. Grills and fire appliances require safe clearance and a stable surface and must comply with burn bans and management restrictions. Never leave a flame unattended. Allow ashes to cool completely and dispose of them only as directed. No charcoal or fuel-fired equipment inside an RV or enclosed space. Propane fuels and chemicals. Maintain RV propane equipment in safe condition. Keep cylinders secured and stored as required by law and manufacturer instructions. No bulk fuel tanks, fuel drums, or hazardous-material stockpiles. Do not store gasoline, solvents, or combustibles near ignition sources or in enclosed skirting. Report leaks, odors, and spills immediately. Fire and carbon monoxide protection. Maintain required working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and an appropriate working fire extinguisher in the RV. Keep emergency exits and access paths clear. Do not overload circuits or use ovens or outdoor heaters as indoor space heaters. Call 911 for a fire, suspected gas emergency, or immediate threat. Prohibited conduct. No violence, threats, harassment, stalking, theft, vandalism, unlawful drugs, dangerous intoxication, or other unlawful conduct. Lawful possession of a firearm does not permit discharge, threatening display, or unsafe handling. No hunting, target practice, or projectile weapons in the park. Commercial activity. No public sales, solicitation, repair business, customer traffic, commercial storage, or other on-site business activity without written approval. Ordinary remote work inside the RV is allowed if it does not create prohibited traffic, noise, utility demand, or outside storage. Privacy and common areas. Do not enter another space or use another guest’s belongings without permission. No drones or photography directed into occupied RVs or private areas. Do not tamper with cameras, gates, locks, lighting, signs, or communications equipment. Only authorized persons may access service and equipment areas. Weather and emergencies. Monitor weather and public alerts. Secure awnings, furniture, and approved skirting before high winds or storms. Do not shelter in drainage areas or drive through floodwater. The park is not represented as having a storm shelter. Management may direct temporary access restrictions or evacuation for a genuine hazard, subject to applicable law. Acceptance. By selecting the required acceptance checkbox, the booking guest confirms that they have read and agree to these park rules and will ensure that occupants and visitors follow them. Requests for written exceptions or disability accommodations may be directed to management at 325-721-6765 or seth@smahaffey.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bluebonnet RV Park | 107 Bluebonnet Dr, Sweetwater, TX 79556 | 325-721-6765 | seth@smahaffey.com Version October 20 2026. Applies to new reservations and renewals accepted after disclosure; it does not retroactively change an existing paid booking. Read this policy before booking or paying. It covers nightly, seven-night, 14-night and calendar-month stays. Deadlines are measured from the confirmed scheduled arrival time in America/Chicago; the standard arrival time is 3 p.m. A full day means 24 hours. Short stays. Cancel a nightly, weekly or 14-night booking at least seven full days before arrival for a full refund of prepaid accommodation charges. Later cancellation before check-in, including the arrival date, retains $45 or the accommodation amount paid if smaller. Refund the remainder. No separate cancellation fee is added. Monthly reservations. Cancel at least 30 full days before arrival for a full refund of prepaid accommodation charges. A later cancellation before check-in retains $100 or the accommodation amount paid, whichever is smaller; refund the remainder. This is a cancellation charge deducted from payments already received, not a separate reservation deposit. If the entire cancelled reserved period is re-rented, refund the retained amount as well. No-shows and late arrival. Notify management before the end of arrival day if delayed. Without notice, management may release the site at 11 a.m. the next day. The no-show charge is $45 for a short stay or $100 for a monthly reservation, capped at accommodation payments received; refund the remainder. Do not charge a further cancellation penalty. A reported late arrival remains subject to the confirmed booking and availability. Early departures and renewals. Once checked in, voluntary early departure does not earn a refund or credit for unused paid nights. Work changes, RV breakdowns or a change of plans do not automatically create an exception. Guests who are leaving at the end of a paid calendar month should notify management before the next invoice is issued. Monthly renewal occurs through manual payment by the first; no separate extension approval or automatic card charge is required. Changes and exceptional conditions. Date changes require availability and written confirmation. Shortening a booking before arrival follows the cancellation rules; moving dates does not reset a cancellation deadline. Ordinary weather or external utility interruptions do not automatically earn a refund. If management cancels before arrival or cannot provide a safe, usable site and no suitable alternative is accepted, refund unused accommodation charges, subject to applicable law. Park-directed departure. When management ends a stay early, use the agreement's notice and unused-paid-night refund terms, including for rule-related termination. Do not apply the voluntary early-departure exclusion or a cancellation penalty to that refund. Document any damage or other lawful claim separately. Requests and refunds. Send cancellations by text to 325-721-6765 or email to seth@smahaffey.com, identifying the guest and arrival date. The time received controls; management will acknowledge the request. Refund to the original payment method where possible. Initiate guest-cancellation refunds within five business days; bank posting may take longer. Management-directed refunds follow the agreement's separate deadline. Third-party booking fees follow the provider's disclosed policy; no blanket processing-fee deduction is created here. Mandatory legal rights control. Acceptance. By selecting the required acceptance checkbox, the booking guest confirms that they have read and agree to the cancellation deadlines, retained amounts, no-show rules and voluntary early-departure terms above. Mandatory legal rights remain in effect.
